Advocacy

The purpose of all ZINECDA work is to help fulfil realization of the rights of every child, especially from conception to eight years of age a period commonly known as early childhood development (ECD).

Advocacy

ZINECDA advocates on behalf of children both at National and SADC Regional levels through analysis of legislation, policies, systems and structures to identify gaps, opportunities and threats to craft policy engagements for caregivers, executives and parliamentarians to seek policy improvements and implementation. This is achieved through policy forum engagements, media engagements, learning exchange missions, high level meetings and convening conferences and seminars. The aim of these engagements is to influence an enabling and conducive Early Childhood Development Education environment for learners and ECD personnel.
